Welcome to Troubleshooter Mallorca. We specialize in arranging premium private transportation, chauffeur services, travel assistance and booking coordination in Mallorca. By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry or confirming a booking, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. General Information
Troubleshooter Mallorca offers premium transportation arrangements, chauffeur services, booking management and travel-related assistance throughout Mallorca.
This website allows users to request information, submit service inquiries and arrange transportation solutions across the island.
Use of this website or confirmation of a booking implies acceptance of these Terms of Service & Legal Notice.
2. Scope of Services
Troubleshooter Mallorca provides customer support, booking coordination, scheduling management and service quality supervision for transportation services requested by clients.
For each confirmed booking, a suitable vehicle and professional driver are arranged subject to availability and operational conditions.
All services are organized in accordance with applicable Spanish laws, transport regulations and safety standards.
3. Booking Requests & Confirmation
Service requests may be submitted through the website, email, WhatsApp, messaging applications or other communication channels.
A request does not constitute a confirmed reservation.
A booking is considered confirmed only when:
- full payment has been received (unless otherwise agreed in writing); and
- written confirmation has been issued by Troubleshooter Mallorca.
Until written confirmation is sent, availability of a vehicle, driver or requested time slot is not guaranteed.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all booking details provided are accurate and complete.
4. Client Booking Information
Clients must provide complete and accurate information, including where applicable:
- service date and time
- pickup address
- destination
- flight number
- number of passengers
- luggage details
- children travelling
- child seat requirements
- valid contact number
Troubleshooter Mallorca shall not be responsible for delays, additional costs or inability to perform the requested service caused by incorrect, incomplete or late information provided by the client.
5. Pricing
All prices are communicated before confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated, all quoted prices include applicable VAT (taxes).
Unless otherwise specified, pricing may include:
- suitable vehicle
- professional driver
- fuel
- standard waiting time
- standard luggage assistance
Additional charges may apply for services including but not limited to:
- additional waiting time
- extra stops
- route changes
- time changes
- urgent last-minute requests
- special vehicle requests
- oversized or undeclared luggage
- additional child seats
- extended service duration
- airport terminal meet & greet service (15€ where applicable)
- night service surcharge between 00:00 and 06:00 (15€)
- for Chauffeur Service bookings starting 30 km or more from Palma, an additional hour may apply
Where reasonably possible, final pricing will be confirmed before the service takes place.
6. Payment Terms
We operate on a 100% prepayment basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment is required in order to secure the requested booking and reserve the corresponding service slot.
A reservation becomes binding only after payment and written confirmation from Troubleshooter Mallorca.
7. Waiting Time
Included Waiting Time
- Airport pickups: 60 minutes free waiting time from the confirmed pickup time.
- Hotel, villa or private address pickups: 15 minutes free waiting time from the confirmed pickup time.
Waiting time is calculated from the confirmed booking time, not from actual landing time, baggage collection time or terminal exit time.
Additional Waiting Time
Additional waiting time may be offered subject to availability and is charged separately at the applicable hourly rate (minimum additional charge: 1 hour).
Passenger Not Ready
If the passenger is not ready within the included waiting period and no additional waiting time has been agreed, the driver may leave the pickup point in order to respect the schedule of subsequent bookings.
8. No-Show Policy
If the client does not appear at the agreed pickup point and cannot be contacted within the included waiting period, the booking shall be treated as a No-Show.
In such case:
- the driver may leave the pickup location;
- the service shall be considered completed;
- the booking shall be non-refundable.
9. Time Changes
Time changes are subject to availability and operational feasibility.
The following service adjustment fee applies:
- Transfers: changes requested less than 24 hours before service start — 25€
- Chauffeur Service / Hourly Bookings: changes requested less than 48 hours before service start — 25€
Requests made on the same day or shortly before the service are not guaranteed.
10. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing as early as possible.
Cancellation deadlines:
- Transfers: no later than 24 hours before service start
- Chauffeur Service / Hourly Bookings: no later than 48 hours before service start
Refunds
Eligible refunds are processed minus 5% of the total amount to cover banking, payment gateway and transaction processing costs.
Cancellations made after the applicable deadline are non-refundable.
In exceptional circumstances, reasonable efforts may be made to offer an alternative solution, rescheduling option or service adjustment, without obligation to do so.
11. Stops & Route Changes
A standard transfer is a direct journey from the pickup point to the booked destination.
Stops are not included automatically.
Before each booking is confirmed, route duration and operational timing are planned in advance. For this reason, additional stops, detours or route changes requested during the journey cannot be guaranteed.
If stops are required, they must be requested in advance.
Depending on time, distance and operational impact, the booking may be adjusted and repriced as Chauffeur Service.
12. Access Restrictions & Old Town Areas
Certain areas of Mallorca, including historic centers, may have:
- legal access restrictions
- pedestrian-only zones
- narrow streets
- limited stopping areas
- hotel or residential access rules
Drivers operate strictly in accordance with Spanish law, traffic regulations and applicable local restrictions.
Requests requiring breach of such rules cannot be accepted.
Where restrictions apply, passengers will be delivered as close as legally and safely possible to the requested destination.
13. Passenger Conduct
For safety, comfort, cleanliness and legal compliance, the following are prohibited inside the vehicle:
- smoking or vaping
- eating
- consumption of alcoholic beverages
- illegal substances
- aggressive, abusive or disrespectful behavior
- distracting the driver while driving
- any act that may damage the vehicle or create a safety risk
All passengers must wear seat belts where legally required and follow safety instructions given by the driver.
Serious violations may result in immediate termination of the service without refund.
14. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
Service may be refused or terminated in situations including but not limited to:
- strong alcohol or drug intoxication
- aggressive or dangerous behavior
- excessive number of passengers
- luggage that cannot be carried safely
- requests to violate traffic laws
- conduct creating risk to driver, passengers or vehicle
In such cases, the booking may be treated as completed and non-refundable.
15. Children & Child Seats
If children are travelling, clients must inform us in advance of:
- number of children
- age of each child
- child seat or booster requirements
Under Spanish law, children must travel using the appropriate child restraint system according to age, height and weight.
If suitable child seats have not been requested in advance, the service may be impossible to perform.
Availability of child seats is not guaranteed without prior request.
Safety requirements cannot be waived at client request.
16. Luggage Policy
Clients must inform us in advance about:
- number of suitcases
- oversized luggage
- golf bags
- bicycles
- strollers
- sports equipment
- unusual or bulky items
Incorrect or incomplete luggage information may require a larger vehicle or a change of vehicle type, subject to availability.
In such case, the price may be revised according to the required vehicle class and applicable rate.
Any revised conditions must be accepted in advance. Without confirmation, performance of the booking is not guaranteed.
Luggage must be loaded in a manner that does not compromise safety, legal compliance or driver visibility.
If actual luggage exceeds the declared amount and cannot fit safely in the designated luggage area, service may be refused.
17. Delays & Force Majeure
We always plan services with a reasonable time margin. However, Troubleshooter Mallorca shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- traffic congestion
- accidents caused by third parties
- road closures
- police or security actions
- weather conditions
- public events
- strikes
- airport or port restrictions
- force majeure events
In such circumstances, reasonable efforts will be made to minimize delays, including route adjustments and available alternatives where safe and operationally possible.
Alternative routes or avoidance of delays cannot be guaranteed where conditions do not allow it.
Actual arrival times depend on real traffic and operational conditions.
18. Damage, Cleaning & Restoration Costs
If the vehicle is damaged, excessively soiled or requires extraordinary cleaning, repair or restoration due to client actions, the client shall be responsible for the actual costs incurred.
This may also include reasonable losses arising from temporary unavailability of the vehicle for subsequent bookings.
19. Liability
Troubleshooter Mallorca manages booking coordination, communication, customer support and service standards.
Drivers and service providers are responsible for the safe and lawful execution of the journey and operation of the vehicle in accordance with applicable regulations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law.
20. Website Use
Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website functionality or engage in unlawful activity.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or update website content without prior notice.
21. Intellectual Property
All website content including text, images, graphics, logos, branding and design elements is the property of the website owner or used under license.
Any reproduction, distribution or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.
22. External Links
This website may contain links to third-party websites. Troubleshooter Mallorca accepts no responsibility for the content, availability or privacy practices of external websites.
23. Data Protection
The processing of personal data collected through this website is governed by our Privacy Policy.

24. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service & Legal Notice shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain.
Any dispute arising from the use of this website or related bookings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Spain, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
