By using this website and confirming a booking, the client acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
2. Nature of Services
Troubleshooter Mallorca offers booking, coordination and customer support services for private transportation in Mallorca.
Transportation services are performed by professional licensed drivers operating in accordance with applicable Spanish transport regulations. These services may be carried out by drivers operating within our trusted network of professional transport providers.
Troubleshooter Mallorca coordinates the booking process, communication, scheduling and service standards in order to ensure a high-quality experience for clients.
3. Booking Process
Clients may request transportation services through the website, email, messaging platforms or other communication channels.
A booking becomes confirmed once the client receives confirmation from Troubleshooter Mallorca including the service details such as:

* pickup location
* destination
* number of passengers
* luggage information
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the booking details provided are accurate and complete.
4. Pricing
All prices are communicated prior to confirmation of the service.
Prices typically include:
* vehicle
* driver
* fuel
* standard waiting time for airport pickups
* basic luggage handling
* child seats
Additional services may incur extra charges, including but not limited to:
* extended waiting time
* additional stops
* special vehicle requests
* excessive luggage
All pricing will be confirmed before the service is finalized.
5. Waiting Time
For airport pickups, the waiting time at the airport is 60 minutes from the time specified in your booking. For other pick ups the waiting time is 15 minutes from the time specified in your booking.
Clients are encouraged to notify the driver or the company once luggage has been collected to ensure efficient pickup.
Extended waiting periods beyond the standard allowance will result in additional charges.
In case of a no-show, where the passenger does not appear at the agreed pickup location within the allowed waiting time, the service will be considered completed and the full amount will be charged.
If the passenger cannot be located or contacted within a reasonable waiting period, the booking will be treated as a no-show and the service will be non-refundable.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
* provide accurate pickup information
* respect the driver and vehicle
* follow local laws and safety regulations
* ensure that the number of passengers and luggage matches the booking
The driver reserves the right to refuse service in situations where safety or legal regulations could be compromised.
7. Luggage
Standard luggage allowance depends on the type of vehicle booked.
Clients must inform the company in advance of oversized or unusual items such as:
* sports equipment
* bicycles
* golf bags
* large suitcases
Troubleshooter Mallorca cannot guarantee transport of luggage that exceeds vehicle capacity if not declared during booking.
8. Service Execution
Transportation services are carried out by licensed drivers who are responsible for the safe operation of the vehicle and compliance with transport regulations.
Drivers operate in accordance with Spanish transport legislation and applicable insurance requirements.
Troubleshooter Mallorca coordinates the booking, service standards and customer communication related to the transfer.
9. Delays
In the event of flight delays or unexpected travel changes, clients should inform the company as soon as possible.
Where possible, adjustments will be made to accommodate the updated arrival time.
However, availability of vehicles may vary depending on scheduling and operational constraints and may have an additional cost.
10. Cancellations
Cancellations must be communicated as early as possible. Cancellation policy is 24 hours in advance for transfers and 48 hours in advance for car rental with driver. Cancellations made after these deadlines will result in a 100% cancellation fee and the payment will not be refunded.
Depending on the timing of the cancellation, fees may apply. These conditions will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
Troubleshooter Mallorca reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in exceptional circumstances such as:
* vehicle breakdown
* severe weather conditions
* unforeseen operational issues
In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to provide an alternative solution.
11. Liability
Troubleshooter Mallorca organizes and coordinates transportation services and provides client support during the booking process.
Transport providers are responsible for the safe execution of the journey, operation of the vehicle and compliance with applicable transportation regulations.
All vehicles used for services operate under the required insurance and licensing requirements established by Spanish law.
Troubleshooter Mallorca shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather events, road closures or force majeure.
12. Website Use
Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access or engage in activities that may damage the functionality or integrity of the website.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain.
Any disputes arising from the use of the website or services shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Spain.
